The driver may yet be called before the Traffic Commissioner to attend a Driver Conduct hearing to look into their conduct. The Traffic Commissioners are entitled to take action against him holding a professional, LGV or PSV licence.

@Ainscough_ Unfortunately for the driver as a consequence of his action he is no longer employed by the company. As I previously said @Ainscough_ took this so seriously. As part of driver training drivers will at some point ride a cycle on the road, as part of their training.

Have to say @Ainscough_ have been amazing with their response with dealing with this incident. The whole incident had been taken very seriously and has been dealt with. I have spoken to @Ainscough_ and know just how much they take safety seriously.

Found out today that the driver was awarded 5 points and £800 fine. At least this was taken fairly seriously.

See OVO have changed my power move slots from 4pm - 7pm to 6pm- 9pm. That is almost impossible to reduce my usage during the later time in terms of cooking or watching a bit of Netflix. @OVOEnergy I've been so good up until now.
