Ricky parkrun is a free 5k weekly timed run at the Rickmansworth Aquadrome, 9:00 every Saturday. Everybody is welcome to join us!

If you’re a bit further south, we’ll also be running in the #rickmansworth Aquadrome at the same time. We have fewer bandstands, but more lakes. 🦆
It’s a lovely morning here in Cassiobury park. We look forward to welcoming you at 8:50 by the bandstand for a 9:00 start.

Good guess Ian, we were 392 runners and walked this morning and 21 amazing volunteers. Glad you enjoyed it, come back soon!.
Ninth different #loveparkrun course today for my 28th run - the beautiful @rickyparkrun Nice to run somewhere where I've been for a walk before. Largest event I've been in - guess more than 400 there. Good idea to mark different starts for your expected finishing time @parkrunUK
