@Justacarehomeg1 So overlooked & unrecognised. Breaks my heart but makes me so frustrated & angry too. In my experience these interventions are seen as “fluffy” “somebody else’s business” “not clinical”. We over medicalise so much. Why can’t we just recognise another human beings need for love?

The brain wires itself up for adulthood based on experiences of childhood.We need to look through a trauma informed/responsive lens by asking,"not what is wrong with you,but what has happened to you" how can we help.This approach leads to better outcomes for our young people.🧠🌱
