I feel very excited to share our latest work (now in preprint) on the nuclear import of HIV-1. Employing correlative cryo-ET, we captured nearly 2000 HIV-1 cores associated with the nucleus. Find more in the paper 😆

Glad to share our work by Zhen. Using cryo-FIB and cryo-ET, he delineated the 3D architecture of native chromatin fibres in intact interphase human T-lymphoblasts and determined the in-situ structures of nucleosomes in different conformations.
