Helps get your hips & core stronger. Helps to improve & maintain running form and plenty of other things. Lol I’m in the tread once a week and this was my 2nd time going 20+mph all summer. I run on the ground 10x more than the tread. Come on now.
@SportsCenter @that_boyy_zac Treadmill speed is arguably one of the worst indicators of an athlete's actual speed, and absolutely one of the worst ways to develop it . But do you, I guess.
