I remember when a coach first told me this my 1st year in college. It made throwing deep vertical routes so much easier. Sometimes it’s the simplest coaching points that make the biggest difference!.
June Jones on how to improve deep ball accuracy at QB. Tell your QBs to watch the receiver after you throw it and not on the football. This helps train your brain to adjust the flight of the ball to the receiver.
