Volunteering and then becoming a trustee for this charity has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done. The charity sends gifts to children & young people who find themselves in mental health units at Christmas. Bring on this year’s Christmas In July 🎁 #VolunteerWeek.

Oh but why are they REALLY wheezing like that? Do they REALLY need a day off sometimes to get their meds? Could they REALLY end up in hospital because of it? Are u sure it’s not all due to childhood trauma?.
