The Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Always eerie in the fog. At sea level you can't see a thing. You drive up a hidden highway hoping it is still there. Then all off a sudden things clear. You see the sun. Skies are clear for miles and mile. Then you look below. And a complete blanket

2:24 pm yesterday: 78 degrees 🥵 8:00 am this morning: 15 degrees 🥶 That's a drop of 63 degrees in less than 18 hours at Lambert (STL)! 📉 This rivals the temperature drop of the infamous "blue norther" event in November of 1911, where STL had a drop of 64 degrees. #stlwx

The NHC has just upgraded Category 5 Hurricane Humberto’s peak intensity that occurred on September 27th, lowering the storm’s minimum central pressure to 918 MBAR. Not only did we have THREE Cat 5s this year, but all of them were sub-920 millibars at peak strength. Insane.

I could not believe Bama didn’t drop with how it played … the Miami result is what I would have predicted with a Bama WIN.

A well deserved break! For the first time since 2015, no hurricanes made landfall in the United States. This has happened seven times in the past 25 years. Each year is different, hopefully we can make it two in a row next year. #Florida
