We lost a coach last year and left a trail of scorched earth everywhere we went this year. We’re 12-1, 20th in the CFP, conference champs, and going bowling. App State culture isn’t a coach, it lives in the players, fans, and the school. We’ll be fine, as always.

I’m as disappointed with the W-L this season as anyone, but this puts it in perspective. We have a new coach, the pandemic, and we have stars who have opted out or haven’t been healthy, and we’ve still been close against great teams. We’re going to be fine. The future is bright.
App State is 7-3, and the 3 losses are by an average of 8 points to Marshall, Coastal Carolina, and Louisiana. These teams are 25-1.
