TAC-TIC allows you to investigate toxin-antitoxin systems in bacteria by screening hundreds of genes at the same time. It was a great experience to work and write alongside @J_Bobonis and Carlos!.
Thrilled to share TAC–TIC, a high-throughput genetics method to identify triggers or blockers of bacterial toxin-antitoxin systems. Led by @J_Bobonis and @YangAlessio, it allows screening thousands of genes against any TA or Abi (with toxicity) in a week.
