Raising the bar🆙️📶 I added Horsetail and lionsmane to my daily supplements 🧠🧪 Additionally, I was able to JOG TODAY‼️I was running 5k's daily until april 26th when I injured myself. For now, I'll start off with a mile a day until my legs are ready to run🏃‍♂️💨

This is one of my "Arm Blaster" super sets. 1st set - 15 Reps 2nd set - 10 Reps 3rd set - 10 Reps Continue until you have 95 Reps The final set, increase the weight (comfortable but heavy) then finish the last 5 reps for both triceps and biceps 🤌🏽💪🏽
