It is disingenuous to call L2 evm-style tokens Alts .. but you are a maxi so I understand. In most cases all possible evm tokens are available at token creation time. Vesting can only be done with evm tokens. L1's are decentralized. Evm tokens are generally used for theft.

Decred stake participation keeps going up. These are the signals you follow which shows that stakers keep staking and new ones are joining. Price action is just temporary noise.

The entire crypto market has been suspended .. price cannot move .. huge traders suppressing #Bitcoin moves either way .. It's dishonest and is what happens when you let others hold your keys. .. but $DCR is the honest and Sovereign coin that most hold & earn from staking.

Actually this is a great opportunity to accumulate as any price increase Will be controlled by TS selling so you can buy at leisure .. while TS eventually runs out of coins

.. unlike a normal months long accumulation, usually in a bear market, it is done slowly slowly. You do not want to risk large increases in price .. Here is an accumulation strategy that does not need that constraint .. TS keeps the price low for the collector buy anytime ..
Still got ammunition .. but no real rush .. "The Collector" only has to buy whenever he wants "The Suppressor" continuously has to monitor where he might buy and might not buy In addition TS tried to increase hash rate but just pushed up the difficulty .. So that did not work
