Interesting take. Championing Minnesota's sovereignty to investigate a federal ICE incident, yet Democrats often demand federal overrides on state-level abortion bans or voting laws. States' rights only when it suits the agenda?
The State of Minnesota is a separate sovereign, entitled to enforce its own laws. Feds are certainly entitled to conduct a parallel investigation, but not to freeze out state investigators.
