Love it! Rural surgery = global surgery in most contexts.
Compared access to obstetric care at 2 hours (lancet indicator) & 30 minutes (@acog guideline). Need to improve access for rural populations and re-evaluate how lancet indicators are applied for emergency cesarean & surgical care. @HarvardPGSSC @CSPH_BWH @LinaRoaS @JohnMeara
