Blessed for an opportunity to throw at the LHAC Track & Field Championships. (Respect to our school’s Freshman disc record-holder, W Spratt. It’s something I want, and have every intention of earning in our final two meets. Thanks for “setting the bar” so high my guy.

Last night, former @nyjets backup quarterback and @LHU_Football HOFer Mike Packer finished the race earning a much deserved reunification with his wife Paula, and the gift of eternal peace. So many of us will continue to honor and hold you in our hearts. 😔😢🙏💙

Congrats to my older brother, David (lane 3), who also threw 37’8” in shot, and my guy ⁦@Irvin7Austin⁩ (last leg) who finished first in the 4 x Ton! I maintain I can still beat David in a race. 😁

Aside from the cold, feeling blessed to be doing some throwing with some incredible competitors and coaches, but man I miss hitting people. Counting down the days until football! PR’ed in jav (121”), 107’8” in disc, and saving the best for last. Shot is up next.

Stunned, heartbroken, and devastated for @DereckLively, @luka7doncic, @KyrieIrving, the rest of the team, Mark Cuban, and the entire @dallasmavs fan base. This makes no sense and I hate that it can’t be undone or made right. Praying for all of you.
