Gods Fare No Better is a long book, almost 600 pages. The new one is way shorter. All the books in the GFNB universe will be bricks, but I have tons of ideas and I don’t have time to make all of my novels that big. I think a lot about Warren Ellis blog, where he’s talking about.

My 14-year-old nephew is really into Tyler, The Creator. Ive been trying to toughen him up so I took him to the gun range and got him to shoot my 380 but he did it with his eyes closed and got scared and flagged me. I think he should probably find some other music to listen to.

The MFA debate pops up every few months and it is worthless every time. Do it, don’t do it, there are positives and negatives involved in each decision based on your goals. Mostly it’s what you do after that matters.

I think if you are writing about a place you are not from, or don’t live in, or you are writing about things you are not familiar with, then you should probably be held accountable.
Should authors be morally accountable for the ideas they explore in fiction?.

Whenever I hear UK rap, which is always against my will, it sounds like “blocks and rocks and knocks and fox” and “I got a knoife, I’ll take your loife” GTFOH no you won’t 😂.

The worst genre of music is British rap. It’s so bad. So fake. So performative. Straight up cultural appropriation. They can’t even own guns. Disgusting .
