My current hot take: the new Escalade SUCKS unless it’s a V… it doesn’t even have a real headliner anymore. Sure the front two seats are fine, but the entire rest of the cabin is a no feature afterthought. Cadillac really said “give us $200k or sit in a crappy prison”.

Was on a drive with @_crogers and forgot I owned this car… he was like “casually forgets owning one of the most beautiful cars ever made”. I’ll admit she looks okay.

Driving this was otherworldly, maybe the closest I’ve ever felt to being inside a giant robot that’s mechanically doing your bidding on the outside… we even got some big air time.

New record for fastest I’ve been on the water, went for a 145mph run in Savage Skater, and got to drive the Demon Bikini Super Stock boat 115mph. These boats are the definition of living life on the edge 😳 (real video on YT this weekend)

This has never even once worked (okay one time it did) but my gosh the other 400 times I used it nothing happened.

The rest of my current take is run from the boomer car market. That’s secretly why I dumped my 67 Camaro, I figure values are about to fall off a cliff. Anyone my age or younger never even wants to see a car older than 20 years. Got all my money back, thank God.

My take is Kendrick saved the GN, and box Chevys will always be the correct choice to donk… so the GN will continue to be relatively popular for some years.
I wonder if, in a few years, the value of these will fall off because they are intensely boomer centric.
