one of the coolest things i've learned @comma_ai: generally there's like 12 things causing your stuff to fail in the field, and you just have to go down the list. then your stuff is reliable. that's it. you literally just have to look at it. the comma two had a 26% failure
Manufacturing engineers are not respected enough, especially the ones from top tier companies such as Apple and SpaceX. These are the girls and guys making the world work. All of a product’s problems are 100X more prevalent in production than they are in the consumer world!
