As for repayment and NPA levels, they are a function of due diligence. If you do proper due diligence and verify the end use of funds, repayments in most of the loans will be regular. If however, you blindly start disbursing loans blindly, they'll all turn NPA.

Biggest issue with our PSUs is the quality of Human Resources. Its 100% inbreeding. Lateral hiring is non-existent and no one can be fired, no matter how poor their performance is. Top management is hired from among the same pool! There is no incentive for performance.
