@AaronGoodman33 WHIM Syndrome (Warts, Hypogammaglobulinemia, Immunodeficiency, Myelokathexis). Myelokathexis refers to retention (kathexis) of neutrophils in the bone marrow. Chronic noncyclic neutropenia. Truncating mutation in CXCR4, results in constant activation. Other disease: WM.
