Being kind is so important, but we can't make others be kind, we all have things going off, & we all have different perceptions, the best way 4 others 2 learn how 2 be kind, is through learnt behaviour, & seeing more people being kind not only 2 ourself, but 2 those around you.

Despite how strong we think we are, it is important to be kind to ourselves and take a breather sometimes and not be afraid to show emotions and talk about how we feel
Today was a bad day for me and my wife was my pooh bear, thank you Jo 💚💛
💚💛good morning all 💛💚
Say goodbye to this beard today 4 charity, good job I practice the art of non-attachment.
Nothing is permanent can be seen as a pessimistic view on life, but I see joy still, why and how? simple gestures of good will.

I'm so glad your son is ok. Life certainly doesn't carry on the way it was. It just takes a different direction. Memories are so important to keep alive. 💚💛
Tomorrow will be my first day of my video blog A fathers grief & how I turn my love for my son into something positive so that others can have options.

It's so hard to see past the emotions that you're feeling when you get to that point, isn't it.
I'm sure there are so many people who would regret it. I hope you're in a better place now, mentally 💛💚

Normalising talking about feelings naturally develops more empathy and in turn allows us to understand others and more importantly allows us to understand ourself and oir own well-being
Amazing work by my wife. Price drops for a limited time only and is working overtime, so I have more time to volunteer for our charity instead of increasing my work hours. Love her to the moon and back.
Take advantage of this while you can.

Self-care is vital. We are social beings that learn from one another.
When we cultivate loving friendliness for ourselves, others will learn loving friendliness from us.
Choosing to see this in each other allows us to see the world and others in all their beauty.
Here we go again!
Our 500-mile Walk of Hope starts tomorrow in Stirling.
Our departure from the
@PAPYRUS_Charity

My head has been a bit of a shed.
Seeing our next stop & we arrive early due to breaking the back bone yesterday, I am contemplating running up Mt. Pic de carroi. The one right of the town Andorra.
Can see the Pyrenees, I am like a kid in a sweetshop.

100% agree with this. We spend every second of our life with our own thoughts and I believe this concept is possibly one of the most important things to come to terms with
This Wednesday, a local walk in the Ashfield area, a good opportunity to get out in nature and talk with like minded people.
This one is a leisurely walk for approximately 4 miles.

Thanks Jay, that was a day to remember, I am back there on the 8th July doing 2 laps in 24 hours, minimal weight though this time. Be good to see you again some time soon brother, we both got so much going on raising awareness. 💚 love you brother x
