Cluster? On Pixels? Oh yeah, you read that right. If you work with spatial data and want to better quantify non-cellular features (or cellular features!), this tool is incredibly helpful. Great job @CandaceCLiu.
Excited to see this published! Check out Pixie, a pipeline for quantifying non-cellular features (as well as improving cell classifications) in multiplexed images.
