Enough already of the criticism of police officers... Yes, there have been a couple of individual cases where things could have been better handled - but isn’t that true if life? Mostly, they are a bunch of bloody heroes doing the very best they can in unbelievably testing times.

Reading some of this thread and it is clear some people are totally missing the point. This is about saving lives, not unpicking the law. There would be no need for the law if people stopped being selfish. The police are trying to stop our NHS from collapsing and lives being lost
