5. @Airbnb @bchesky, this is an absolute scam: Host refuses to accommodate after being fully informed of the nature of our stay, refuses to cancel themselves, and then denies a refund.

4. Then, after we reluctantly canceled, Vincent says there will be no full refund because it was 'last minute.' All this after THEY told us the original booking wouldn’t work! @Airbnb @bchesky.

3. When we asked Vincent to cancel so we could get a full refund per Airbnb's policy, he refused. Instead, got a call from @Airbnb and they made us cancel, which jeopardizes our right to a refund. We cancelled since they refused to cancel the booking.

2. The host suddenly says the property is 'family only' and suggests a 2-bedroom replacement. We booked 3 bedrooms for 6 guests! @Airbnb, how is this allowed? @bchesky.
