You know what altered my brain chemistry? A few years ago, a neighbor posted begging people to stop the fireworks. They pop off randomly til 1 or 2am and will for days. Her husband was a veteran struggling with PTSD. And people bullied her for it. She didn't ask for.

When I was having my oldest (the bday boy) the Dr thought for a second I might have pre-eclampsia. (I didn't) But when she said that I GASPED and said, "Isn't that what killed Lady Sybil?!". And then the male nurse bashfully explained all of Downton Abbey to the doctor 😅.

I'm concerned about who wrote this and anyone who thinks hand washing ten times in a day is excessive. Each bathroom trip, before eating/cooking, after touching door knobs (I've got small kids in school, we're at Dr's offices a lot - "gross" places). Ten times is nothing.
