1/2 I asked the supervisor Majid to talk to me & the supervisor was not ready to talk to me, he was busy on his call & was not listening to me. I respect @TataCompanies a lot but today I feel that after @RNTata2000 ji, Tata Group has stopped respecting its customers. @airindia

1st Time But worst Experience with @airindia reached the airport at 6 am in the morning, our flight was at 7 am, there was a long queue at the bag check in and the ground staff wasted about 15 to 20 minutes and refused said you are late even though we had done web check in 1/1
