Prof. Kim Ruhl (UMN PhD 2004) of U. Wisconsin-Madison has been named as a member of President Trump's Council of Economic Advisors. I admire Kim for his service to our country, and I hope he is able to have a favorable influence on US economic policy. https://t.co/5dxjqhlJxQ

When I first got into economics as a Master student in UW-Madison @WIeconomics , Noah’s class (even in online form it was fantastic) sparked my interest in Macro. The class and the program changed my life in many ways. Such a pleasant to be able to meet in person!
Learned a lot at Network Science & Economics conference. Added benefit of meeting in person for 1st time Xing Xu, who I taught virtually during pandemic in the @WIeconomics MS program, now pursuing his PhD at @UMNews. Thanks to the organizers and @UMNISyE
