As the former Culver Professor of Economics, I take pride in this.
They only have about 1,000 restaurants or so in the US so they are still very small compared to the big boys, but in my opinion Culver’s is the best fast food chain in America.

Recalling I was an RA at the Board back in the Greenspan era & there was a rally against a Fed tightening cycle, where they sang (to the tune of “Hit the Road Jack”): “Keep the rates low, you know we can’t pay no more, no more, no more…”.
