The autistic urge to eat the same food every day until suddenly you find the thought of it unappealing and can no longer eat it. Then repeat this with a new food. Then return to the old food when it suddenly seems appealing again.

Today was the 1st day in weeks I actually felt good...until I tried to do things. I put up 2 mini blinds and felt like I had climbed a mountain. I suppose I'm on the mend but the long effects of covid are still kicking my butt..

ADHD is basically just rotating through various states of “stuck” • stuck doing absolutely nothing • stuck researching my latest obsession • stuck staring at my phone • stuck cleaning everything in sight • stuck waiting for a meeting to start (in 3 hours)

Dear Covid I hate you. Your after effects are far worse than the sickness itself. My head hurts, my head spins, and i get tired from walking across the house. Please go away....

Story of my life...
Does anyone else do the neurodivergent plan of “I’m gonna catch up on everything/fix my whole life this weekend” every weekend but then it comes & you’re like “but I deserve a break from being in work mode all week” & then repeat perpetually? (This is why I’m bad at emails)

Sensory sleeping is having a giant box fan on high but pointed away from you, burying yourself under a heavy blanket but with one foot sticking out, and flipping your pillow to the cool side every few minutes until you finally fall asleep.
