Actually a ton of great art is made by terrible people. Conservatives, fascists, pedophiles, etc. By insisting bad people cannot make great art, all you do is give anyone who makes great art the ability to get away with more bullshit, because good art means they must be good.
Conservatives are incapable of producing good art because they lack empathy, which means they are incapable of creating anything which communicates to a larger audience. When they try to produce art, they only end up producing clumsy in-group signaling.

I'm gonna be very frank, everything I've ever learned looking at actual data and behind the scene social media stuff has pointed to suppression based on these things not existing, and 100% to individual users being less likely to interact with something they see as an ad
For some inexplicable reason, Twitter has a tendency to suppress tweets with mentions of the following, a lot of it financial support stuff content creators use.
It varies, some of it doesn’t consistently get suppressed but it’s a thing that happens.
