Anyone have any experience implementing @NICEComms Guidelines Osteoarthritis in Over 16s in #radiology departments? Especially not routinely using imaging unless atypical features. Any ideas or initiatives appreciated @SCoRMembers @Reporting_rad @RadiographyJour #radiographers.

Thank you to all the wonderful Trusts and Organisations for attending our Careers Fair today. Our second years, third years and alumni turned out in great numbers and there were some excellent interactions about future job prospects.

Additionally @Conservatives @NHS budget restrictions impacting recruitment. No point training staff if not able to recruit them. Finally @UKLabour the @NHS is not just Doctors and Nurses. Please recognise #radiographers and other @WeAHPs.

It is important @UKLabour and country recognise addressing nhs staffing requires long term plan. No quick fix to last twelve years of @Conservatives workforce plan failures. Patience required to ensure patient safety. Also need to acknowledge ever increasing demands on healthcare.

A risk is not exposing students to enough front line clinical practice during education. Nothing can replace hands on experience with real patients. Also need to make sure sufficient staff to train students.
