Here is my first work on spatial transcriptomics. SpaceX estimates shared and cluster specific gene co-expression network for spatial transcriptomics data. This is a joint work with @xzlab_org and @veerab. I am really grateful to both of them for their invaluable suggestions.

Many are confused by results that >1/2 of hospitalized in Israel are vaccinated, thinking this means vaccines don't work. I downloaded actual Israeli data https://t.co/63JXw026hp and show why these data provide strong evidence vaccines strongly protect vs. serious disease (1/8)

From a 7th grade science book. We know this. Why is this so difficult for us to follow? Follow the science is a way of thinking not a station to park an opinion on.
