The Army Ten-Miler is almost here! To accomodate racers, the stretch of NB 395 Express Lanes from Seminary Rd to DC will be closed from 5am-2pm on Sun., Oct 12. During the closure, drivers will be detoured off the Express Lanes to Seminary Rd to re-enter the NB regular lanes.
