We remind drivers to stay alert due to increased traffic volumes across the region. Take extra care in the I-495 corridor in McLean, where the new 495 Express Lanes Extension opened to traffic only a couple of days ago!

495 NEXT is NOW! The 495 Express Lanes Northern Extension is now fully open. Use caution and look out for new travel patterns on the Beltway, GW Parkway and Dulles Toll Road around the Extension's entry and exit points.
