New pre-print from @AJ_Brenes @Christapbaker @SimonAr09230172 about optimising data quality when doing DIA proteomics, this case looking at infection models. @UoDCellSigImm

Our new preprint optimising search parameters in DIA is out. We show DIA suffers effects similar to match-between runs in DDA, with false positives detected across runs. But we offer simple solution that dramatically reduces them while maintaining proteome depth. #proteomics
