Such a great time at @ECTSS_CTsurg this past week, full of reconnecting with my @UTMBSurgery mentors, practicing advanced GI/Pulm skills at the thoracic fellow course, and sharing a mediastinal parathyroid adenoma case I did with Dr. Roman Petrov.

Grateful for the opportunity to present our work on the relationship between diet and cancer at #ACSCC2025. β Adherence to a πΏ plant-based diet β β incidence of biliary tract cancer. Never too late to add more plants to your plate! π±
Thank you for your innovative idea! We showed that a #PlantBased diet lowers #PDAC incidence and are driven to create change in PDAC patients through our ongoing study. π― Provide enough data to motivate the SSO committee to introduce more plant-based options at the conference.
