🧬🩸Kidney and liver function don’t seem to affect ctDNA detection in bladder cancer. But higher leukocyte, neutrophil counts and NLR linked to ctDNA positivity hinting at an immune–inflammation tie. ctDNA remains a reliable mirror of tumor burden. @EurUrolOncol @isliquidbiopsy
