Such a rewarding experience to reverse deficits in a 6 yo boy w devastating bleed from a #cavernousangioma of #medulla. Did myelotomy thru midline raphe and resected it. Amazing recovery. Mom is the real hero for not giving up when told couldnt be done. Never giveup! @cvsection
