In her #JMP, she studies how stricter cuts in free #carbon permits under the EU Emissions Trading System (#ETS) affected French industrial plants, showing that emissions partly declined because dirtier, smaller plants exited the market.

Flora's research explores how current #climate policies influence future adaptation from a market perspective. By examining the interaction between regulation and firms, she aims to inform new policy designs driving behavioral change and supporting sustainable climate transition.
