Happy🏔️Day!. Almost 60% of Central Asia's water flow originates in the🏔️of 🇹🇯where 93% of the territory is covered with 🏔️This water source is sustained by glaciers,❄️,🌧️ . Rising temperatures threaten water flow, compelling🏔️ species & dependent communities to adapt or migrate.

@UNDPTJK & @tajnature presented gender study produced w/ sup. of @adaptationfund: women perform 70% of agricultural work, w/ men - 30%.👩🏻🌾 are involved in only 20% of decision-making regarding agriculture, land,💦resource management, while👨🏻🌾 dominate decisions at 80%. For more⬇️
