Although it seems unrelated, this is a big development for our club. We are landlocked on all four sides by homes with little footprint to expand. If all of our members and guests take self driving Waymo, we may be able to repurpose a lot of space that is currently parking lot.

Although our club is located within 2-3 miles of SFO Intl we generally have zero air traffic overhead. When a plane needs to abort its landing at SFO it turns left over GHCC to circle over the Pacific. Last Saturday morning we saw at least eight “go arounds”. Easily a record.

Update to our master plan… we are considering buying homes three streets away for tee pads so that we can stretch it to 6999.9 yards
