U.S. students are much more diverse than the administrators and faculty in our schools. Education Week (6/16/2020) statistics show a huge gap. Students 52.4% non-White. Leaders 22.3% non-White. Teachers 20.7% non-White. We have to do better! @UCEA @DrMoniByrne @UCEAGSC.
