Just after a month of buying a dining table set from @HomeCentreIndia, one of the chairs broke right while my in-law was sitting on it(she is old and could've easily broken her hip. Highly disappointed with how @HomeCentreIndia is dealing with this. You lost a loyal customer.

"Flexible work timings" sounds really attractive right? But, if I think about it, is it really effective and meaningful in reality? What if your role has a lot of dependencies? What if the people/team you are dependent on, takes "flexible work timings" very seriously?

I honestly did not think an entire system would be *this* insensitive in responding to a case where the Police forcibly burn the body of a victim overnight. What in God’s name changed since Nirbhaya? How is this supposed to make women feel safer?

The real work of leadership is not in a fancy strategy deck. It is in the non-glamorous daily engagement with the individuals on your team. That's where the magic happens. Don't quarantine yourself from your team.

Lost hope on humanity. Unless and until there are severe punishments in place, Nirbhaya incidents will never stop from happening. What are we waiting for? Proof? Isn't there enough already?
