Great point. In my opinion, this is a major reason why we, as a sport, struggle to engage disabled athletes. I feel like we're at a crossroads; it needs to define its purpose. Promoting through massive (often illegal) hits will put more people off than it attracts.
What used to be a game of evasion or skillfully timed big hits is fast getting out of hand.

A top evening at the @LondonBroncosRL U16s Origin trials. It was awesome to see so many talented hard working players putting in a great shift. It reminded me so much of the good old days! It's been a while but it feels great to be back involved in the junior pathway down here.

Complete failure by Medway Labour Run Council to coordinate road works, properly. Unsatisfactory to close Lower Rainham Road, & carry out Road works same time in High Street. This was the scene I saw this morning in Rainham along with Cllrs Hackwell & Barrett.
