Earlier I visited the sites of unidentified graves in Karabakh🇦🇿where innocent lives were lost It is absolutely vital that all information on missing people & location of mass graves is shared so families get closure I welcome the Peace Agreement between Azerbaijan & Armenia

In my Speech earlier at Baku Dialogue on missing persons. I called for. -More targeted individual sanctions against perpetrators. -An EU wide specific institution for missing persons. ICMP can play that role. -Countries to appoint Special Envoys for missing people.
