this is one of the single most historically significant moments in the evolution of manga and anime. Carl Barks' Donald Duck comics in particular basically rewrote Tezuka's brain chemistry and directly inspired the more cinematic paneling and adventure-focused story of Astro Boy.
On the topic of POC in animanga sphere, I want to share again how Tezuka befriended a black American soldier named Joe that gave him some US comics. Which then greatly influenced his future bibliography, this was after he published his first comic works "Diary of Ma-chan"

Been playing Z-A on the Switch 1 for 20 hrs and literally haven’t had any problems. Not everyone has the funds or capabilities to constantly be up to date so don’t feel pressured or gaslit from social media to invest in a Switch 2 if you’re unable. Some just like to be classist.
