I’ve learned over the past few years to be more restrained with asking dumb questions at work. For the first decade it was my superpower, but now it can throw people off. So I have a smaller group I still ask them to freely.

This is likely IMO.
The funniest outcome of the intelligence race is if there is no durable first mover advantage, all of these high flying labs are dumping tens of billions into something that is immediately commoditized, and the durable value is in wrappers with good UX, network effects, etc.

In junior high we went camping every summer. One year there was a storm, and a girl died when a tree broke and crushed her tent. Her tent mate survived. I was in the cabin group, due to switch with the tent group the next day. The whole school was heartbroken for a long time.

For a long time we all leaned into data visualization because it was the only way to storytell data to non-technical execs. Now with high quality LLMs, preparing data for chat is replacing viz as a key muscle for data storytellers . Many “inquisitive exec” use cases are better.
