DC Police Chief Robert Contee says a teen told him people donāt commit as many crimes in Virginia and Maryland as in DC because āthey donāt play.ā . If that aināt the cherry on top I donāt know. I think saying this isnāt happening when @AGKarlRacine admitted to it is crazy.
