More kick-in-the-teeth than "shot-in-the-arm" for all those wanting decent quality homes that everyone can afford in London - it shouldn't need to be said that in an ever heating city having more than one window in your home should be a basic right https://t.co/qKN0769wvV

So the developers have said the 'luxury' homes on the Peckham Aylesham site are going to professionals and second home owners..So that means that it is not needed for the local population as touted. It's not rocket science. Build a nicer lower gentle density place and we can all

We hear more about Grey Belt than brownfield despite the Government's brownfield first policy so @CPRE's report on sheer scale of brownfield capacity (enough for nearly 1.5 homes) & how much is shovel ready is both timely & important https://t.co/guIpacQpNk

Read on and spot the flaw - money flowing to local authorities and not direct to communities. A recurring blind spot that equates the two and fails to recognise the despair so many communities have with local as well as central government

If @SteveReedMP believes"Giving communities more power is why I am in politics" then returning Government support for the direct community power that is #neighbourhoodplanning would be a good place to start or is it just about local government & mayors? https://t.co/sHe9Q99Oka
