Reading on 🚂 heading home from @Tomorrows_co FIA Summit. Also launched today is @chwaraeteg report which says Wales’ #GenderPayGap has ⬆️ this yr to 14.5%, while the UK figure has ⬇️ 60% of low paid workers are women, if we want real financial inclusion this needs to change.

Saker Nussebeih of @Hermesinvest explains fund management is about #stewardship. We-the citizens-own the shares. The same people who work in the companies. Separating shareholders into separate compartments from customers, employees and communities is nonsense. @Tomorrows_co
